In 1983, Michael, along with his partner, opened a small retail outlet in the jewelry district in Los Angeles. After establishing a prosperous business in Los Angeles, and receiving the GIA diamond grading certification, Michael decided the city of Glendale was best suited to open a magnificent and more accessible retail store at Brand village for his long list of established clientele.
